Return and Exchange Policy


I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my handmade ceramic porcelain items. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and I understand that sometimes the item may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Therefore, I have established the following Return and Exchange Policy:


1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

  - Items purchased directly from Mumiku.de are eligible for return and exchange.

  - Only items that are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging will be accepted.

  - Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

  - You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  - After 14 days, unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.


3. Return and Exchange Process:

  - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me.

  - Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  - Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


4. Return Shipping Costs:

  - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  - I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).


5. Refunds and Exchanges:

  - Once I receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, I will process your refund or exchange.

  - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  - Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to availability of the desired item(s).

  - If the item you requested for an exchange is not available, I will contact you to discuss alternative options.


6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  - If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

  - Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged or defective item(s).

  - I will provide you with a resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or repair.

Please note that my Return and Exchange Policy applies to purchases made directly from www.mumiku.de. If you purchased my items from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return and exchange policies.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Please note that once I have handed over your package to the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, I cannot issue a refund, as this is beyond my control.

I encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues regarding lost or stolen items. They have the necessary resources to assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim.
